Del Porto sends Nadal packing

Del Porto is on course of his first Grand Slam trophy with a stunning win over Nadal. He sent Nadal packing in straight sets 6-2 , 6-2, 6-2. This was a disappointment for the former world number 1 who was about to make a winning comeback from his injury. With this win Del Porto meets World Number 1 Roger Federer in the finals. Roger Federer is in bid for his fifth straight title at the competition. It will also be a repeat of the French Open semi finals in which Del Porto gave Federer a scare with some nice display in a five setter which Federer won and eventually went on to win the title of the competition for the first time in his career. Meanwhile in the mens doubles Indian stars Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi are against each other in the finals fo the tournament and thus it will be a cherishable one for the Indians as any of them is bound to win the title.
